St. John's Wood JACS started in 1986 for the over 60's and is still going strong though fewer members and a little older but equally enjoying the excellent variety of interesting, entertaining stimulating programmes arranged by our member Yvonne Sacks.

There is no doubt that St. John’s Wood Synagogue is the in place to be every Thursday afternoon from 1:30pm - 3:30pm.Enjoy good company, interesting speakers, diverse subjects, music, conversation, quizzes and outings sometimes.

Everybody enjoys the in house talks when we encourage discussion, which can sometimes prove to be quite lively, well after all we are a Jewish group!

We end the afternoon with a delightful tea of sandwiches, cakes, and biscuits, sitting comfortably at round tables with friends new and old in a very pleasant atmosphere.

So if you are looking for an enjoyable, stimulating and satisfying afternoon, you now know where to find us, do pop in, a warm friendly welcome awaits you. So, why not give us a try?

There is no charge for your first visit and should you then wish to join JACS; Annual Membership is £4.00 and subsequently £2.00 at the door, or alternatively you can pay £2.50 as a visitor.

I look forward to meeting you.
